“…detail oriented and a pleasure to observe the perfection.”
Your folks did an outstanding job in a reasonable time frame, even in some severe windy conditions.
Shayne provided great product knowledge and quality options and color combination advice in addition to fair competitive pricing. Eric, his crew and the gutter folks were truly professional, did outstanding workmanship, and conscientious about their performance and did a perfect clean-up. The final inspection with Shayne was detail oriented and a pleasure to observe the perfection.
We love our home and and highly recommend you to anyone.
Thank you Tri-County!Kathy, Langhorne PA
“…strong and positive recommendation for (TriCounty’s) services”
I really enjoyed interacting with both you and Shayne since it is unusual to get such prompt and careful attention when dealing with contractors. I have had some real bad experiences in the past, but this experience was quite different from most. I will most certainly give a strong and positive recommendation for your services to anyone who asks.Steve, Montgomery County PA
“An all around great, great experience working with them.”
I would absolutely recommend TriCounty. I had a great experience with TriCounty from the initial phone call for free estimate to the installation and even the follow-up phone calls. It’s unfortunate but true that contractors sometimes get a bad rap and are thought of as used-car salesman because, lets face it, as in any profession there are some bad ones, so customers typically are skeptical and have their guard up for fear of being “taken”. I had gotten a few estimates and although TriCounty’s was not the cheapest (neither was it the most expensive), I just had a gut feeling after meeting with Shayne. What makes one company better than another? Who can answer that? For me, it comes down to perception and “gut feeling” . Shayne was very professional, clear cut, no-bull type of personality. He was a young guy working in family business. He seemed very honest and he just had a good presence about himself and he exuded that. He was not pushy at all. He was very responsive. Perceptions can sometimes be deceiving. Not in this case. The perception was the reality.
The office person, Jennifer, was always very professional, polite, funny, and responsive to questions/answers, etc… She was always upbeat and very friendly and just was another good thing for me in making my decision. Anytime we called for questions/answers, we always got a timely return call.
The crew who did the roof were just as hard-working. These guys busted their butts. You wanna talk about clean-up? You would never have known a roof had been ripped off and replaced after they left. I came home and it looked like a tornado had hit my house with all the workers, and tools, and shingles, and the dumpster, etc…..Typical debris one would expect for a roofing job. Well, later that night, you would never have known a roof had been ripped off and replaced after they left. It was immaculate. The day of installation, there was an issue with the existing roof and it appeared that there was going to be some additional work at an additional cost. I liked that fact that he was proud of his work and wanted to do it the right way, but I felt backed into a corner as I did not want to put anymore money out, but what could I do? I wanted the roof done correctly. Shayne told me he would get back to me. Soon afterwards, I got a call that he and Mike looked at the problem and came up with a solution and although it was going to be a bit more tedious, no worries, it was not going to cost me. That’s what I liked about him. He seemed to be a thinker. He was not a shoot-from-the-hip reactive type, but more pro-active, stand back, let me think about this for a moment. Job was done in a day!!!!
I had some wood trim that I needed replaced. Shayne threw that in as part of the job. The molding had to be scalloped and cut out to match the existing pieces. Shayne took a picture and showed it to us. Always communication along the way.
Afterwards, the crew came back to do some final touch up and trim work. Once again, very professional and courteous. Another nice thing about TriCounty is that I was able to set up a payment plan with them. Where do you find that? They work with you. They are proud of their work. Communication was never lacking. It was just an all around great great experience working with them.Tom
